Phillip undertakes a variety of roles in the UK and France as an Executive and Leadership Coach. He has significant experience in facilitating learning experiences in leadership, core management and coaching skills. He works collaboratively or directly with organisations such as Unilever, Salesforce, National Health Service, Department of Work and Pensions, Fire and Rescue Service and a variety of SME's. In addition Phillip also sits on the board of a creative agency as a Non-Executive Director.
