"The coaching sessions have been for me the most significant valuable part of the Women in Leadership program and the credit sits with you Patti. I have not had the privilege of meeting you in person but I feel I have known you for a long time.
In all the calls you have made me feel of such importance and worthiness that I have left each call inspired to be even better. My EI has improved significantly and you have contributed to this with your wonderful questions which I embraced and constantly challenged myself to view things from another perspective.
You are a wonderful coach who is empathetic, warm, natural and inspiring. I can only hope and aspire to touch people around me like you have me. "

"The coaching has given me the boost I needed to see the value I add to the organization. As a newly appointed Executive team member it seemed easy to doubt that I had the credibility or experience to be appointed to such a role.
The coaching helped me see that I wasn't an imposter and I was very capable of fulfilling the role and adding value. The coaching allowed me to continue my own development. I like to be present for my staff and those I'm working with / for and the coaching provided me with further opportunity to reflect and add new techniques to my toolkit.
As a result of the learnings mentioned I was able to contribute to the organization more confidently and see a real difference as a result of that. Thanks Patti for being such a great supporter. You helped me to centre and ensure I was balanced and objective in my view of the world, as opposed to listening to the negative chit chat in my head. Go the wise woman!"
