"The coaching session of Michelle is always very effective, we discussed many challenges I faced in my management position, I learned and achieved a lot, and improved my managerial skills significantly during the half year corporation with Michelle. Michelle always stands in my position, stimulates my thinking by asking all kinds of powerful questions and in-depth exploration. I enjoyed the AHA moments in the coaching sessions with Michelle very much. Some impressive questions asked by Michelle helped me explore and create my insights on the value of doing things which totally changed my mindset, and finally found out the ways to walk out of my difficulties, such as: What’s the meaning of doing that? What will you get by achieving this goal? What will be your status when you achieve your goal? What is the meaning to the employees by doing that? I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Michelle again, and wish her great success in her coaching profession."

"I have had the pleasure of getting to know Michelle over the last 9 months as we worked together to help her develop further in her role as a professional executive coach. She is a wonderful, sensitive and intelligent person for whom excellence of skill and knowledge is important. I have also had the pleasure of experiencing Michelle's coaching. She is a very competent coach already who develops a strong and trusting relationship and combines this with her own personal insight and her business background. Michelle also gives back to the emerging profession of coaching in China through her leadership role in the ICF Shanghai Chapter. I believe Michelle will develop into one of China's foremost professional coaches over the next few years."
