"I have known Lorraine since I was Director of Corporate Programs at San Jose State University. Right away I knew she was very special, and that first impression continued throughout our relationship, which lasted several years. She was one of my primary instructors and taught classes for a variety of clients: from high-tech manufacturers to educational service providers. In every instance, she received high marks from the attendees and kudos from the managers who scheduled the training.
Her credentials are impeccable; her teaching style beyond professional; her depth of knowledge complete. She has that rare quality of and in-depth knowledge of the subject matter, combined with an ability to teach adult learners. Simply, she knows her stuff and relates well to everyone in the classroom.
Lorraine works extremely well with people, has very good listening skills, and communicates complicated concepts clearly. Additionally, she is a very nice person and is very easy to work with."
