I am so grateful to Hilary’s expertise in the ways of working. Hilary helped me a resolve a working relationship that felt very difficult at the time, and has completely changed the way we work together and get along. Hilary makes the entire process comfortable, thoughtful and fair to all. I would highly recommend her to anyone with a workplace scenario that needs a mediator.
