Sue’s passion for developing people led her to Coaching via a career in the UK Public Sector. She has over 300 hours of directly contracted coaching experience in 1 2 1 sessions, teams and in groups. Sue worked as a health visitor, before working in a variety of senior positions in public health and organisational development.
She has held Director level positions in the NHS,(Director of Children and Families in a Social Enterprise). She brings to the coaching relationship her understanding of the complexities of developing innovative services and in particular of cross boundary/sector working.
She has a history of developing transformational and creative approaches to improving healthcare delivery. Her experience as an Advisor on Health and Homelessness in a government department enables her to understand policy making dimensions and the challenges facing senior leaders in implementing real solutions.
This experience plus an awareness of the pressures of leading in complex environments gives her insight into the world of today’s leaders. Sue works to support the development of resilient, inspirational and authentic leaders.

"I have worked with Sue over the past 2 years for career coaching and to facilitate team development events using the UImprove project management methodology. She is able to get a deep understanding of the nature of the business very quickly and has great insight into underlying problems and developing solutions.
She very quickly understood the range of personalities in the team and supported us during a time of difficult transition. I would recommend Sue's work and her ability to gain people's trust and respect when working with individual members of the team"
