Since 2006, Michael has been in the coaching sector, including executive coaching and organization development. He works with companies and organizations in multiple industries including high tech, manufacturing, retail, professional services, and schools.
Works primarily with mid-level and senior executives, board chairs, chief executive officers, vice presidents, directors, and selected promising leaders.
Michael's experience includes work with the leaders of business units and their teams to design and implement organizational change initiatives resulting in increased revenue, greater market share, improved executive team effectiveness, and alignment of organizational culture with new business strategies.
In his coaching practice, he focuses on inspiring clients to broaden their perspectives and develop their talent. The basic tenet of Michael's work is to give more than they expect and maximize return on investment in coaching them.
Michael has more than 25 years of professional experience at top management level, from multinational companies in commerce, production, transportation, aviation, high tech IT and consulting.
