The Andersen experience helped him to develop his core coaching skills focused on managing and leading. and he has worked as a freelance Change Management Advisor-Coach or as a Teacher-Coach of Organization and Management Behaviors both in large international companies and small national companies.

Luca supports executives and entrepreneurs in delicate professional and personal transitions both through on-to-one and team coaching initiatives.

He has contributed to coaching culture diffusion in Italy by collaborating with The School of Coaching - an Italian pioneer coaching institution.

On a more personal side Luca has made a psychoanalytic journey - Lacan School - to increase his self-awareness and to better serve his clients.

In addition to his core coaching programs, Luca also provides:
Psychoanalysis, Counseling, Life Coaching & Change Management Advisory.

Luca’s “Coaching style” is an appreciated mix of Coaching, Counseling, Consulting and Psychoanalysis and it is in line both with the - Harvard University - Business Coaching model: “Coaching borrows both from consulting and Therapy” (Coutu and Kaufmman 2009) and with the - INSEAD Executive Education - Leadership Coaching Model: “Coaching and Consulting for Change” (de Vries 2010).

"Participation in the coaching sessions allowed me to obtain a better and wider view of my current position and role in my work organization. It also helped me to have a more objective vision on my position and on perspectives. Coaching also helped me to identify and express medium term objectives and to focus on short term immediate actions in order to address specific issues, leveraging my personal strengths and recognizing my weaknesses."

Mario, University Top Manager

"Personally and Professionally (I do think that both areas are connected, influencing one another) I am more aware about my talents and improvement areas and, far more important, I am able to address both, in order to gain the maximum as woman, mother, wife and manager. I am to take into consideration with less emotional effort, all the factors that can have an influence on my performance and personal results"

Monica, Accenture IGEM Human Capital and development manager
