Career and transition coach, Helen Latimer has a gift for creating meaningful connections with a wide variety of people. She works with people wanting to begin a second career and those wanting to be the best they can be in their current role. She also works with the unemployed, people new to Canada and young people entering the job market.

Prior to moving into the coaching world, Helen spent many years working in national corporations in Canada and the United States in the areas of sales, marketing, and business development. The first half of her career was spent at Hudson’s Bay Company where she was responsible for the financial management of HBC’s largest division. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Special Markets for DIRECTV.

Helen is co-author of The Plan: Personal Balance, Career Success, Financial Strength.
