Gisele Aubin is an executive coach with solid hands-on experience as Head of HR in the manufacturing, aerospace, service and HR Outsourcing industries. She works one on one with leaders and their teams to create better workplaces through people. She fosters self-awareness (the ability to work to our strengths) as well as people skills (the ability to interact with others positively and develop them to their benefits and those of the organization.) She believes both are necessary to ensure sustainable success and harmony.

Prior to establishing her own Coaching business working with successful leaders identified on the succession plan, Gisele worked as vice president and Human Resources Business Partner for the world leader in the HRBPO (Human Resources Business Process Organization) market.

In her role, she led a global team operating in 28 countries across Asia Pacific, South and North America, Europe and the Middle East. This team supported employees providing outsourcing services to over 3 million employees and retirees worldwide for Fortune 500 companies.Prior to this role, she held similar functions in the manufacturing and aerospace industries.
